Join us for an authentic culinary experience in Valencia. This workshop consists of an explanation of recipes before we begin to cook Paella and other small plates to complete the menu. Throughout the workshop, participants will be assisted, as well as work alongside the MoreThanFood staff so that your experience with us is delicious, educational and fun. Once the Paella is ready, you will eat together around our family-style table. Included in the workshop: hands-on cooking, recipes, lunch/dinner, first two drinks.

Paella (traditional Valencian Paella with Chicken)
Artichokes (or other seasonal vegetable) a la plancha
Esgarraet tapa (salted cod fish with roasted red pepper and garlic served on warm bread)
Dulces Valencianos y mistela (either seasonal fruit or Lemon cake & liquor)
