In April, we had a fantastic Peruvian workshop which was completely sold out. It was such a fun and delicious evening, so we decided to do it again! 

Únete a nosotros para un taller peruano que utiliza recetas auténticas de Perú. Vienen directamente de una cocina peruana. Haremos Pisco Sours para comenzar y Fish Ceviche y un fantástico plato, Aji de Gallina (utilizaremos Chicken). He tenido el placer de visitar Perú varias veces y la cocina de ese país increíble nunca deja de sorprenderme. Nuestro postre será una galleta con salsa de caramelo.

Join us for a Peruvian Workshop which uses authentic recipes from Peru. They come directly from a Peruvian kitchen. We'll make Pisco Sours to start off, Fish Ceviche and a fantastic plate, Aji de Gallina (we'll use Chicken). I have had the pleasure of visiting Peru several times and the cuisine never stops amazing me.

Our dessert will be a cookie with caramel sauce.
