Enjoy yourself in an authentic culinary experience in Valencia. This workshop consists of an explanation of recipes and some history of the origins of Paella before we begin. Throughout the workshop, participants will be assisted by the MoreThanFood staff to make the paella and other small plates. Your experience with us will be delicious, educational and fun. Once the Paella is ready, you will eat together around our family-style table. Included in the workshop: hands-on cooking, recipes, lunch/dinner, first two drinks.
